Backyard Remodel (end of day one)

After day one of the backyard remodel the workers have removed all the bricks from around the two planting beds and taken down the hot tub.

Here is a view above of the pathway from about on the deck.

This is down below. You can see the foliage has taken over compared to previous photos.

Here is the opposite side of the path looking south.

Here is the patio under the deck without the hot tub. Notice you can no longer see the holes through the lattice on the right because of the wisteria plant. It keeps the patio secluded and shady.

Looking up from the bottom of the yard toward the house. This is the hill that will be cut into for the paved patio.

Another view of the hill.

This is standing atop the hill on the north side looking down.

Here is the swale at the bottom of the hill. We will have a fence along the back of the property in a few weeks time.

Another view of the swale and the planting bed filled with Leland Cypress tress in the NW corner of the property.

Looking up the side of the house where the stepped walkway will come down from the driveway.
