Backyard Remodel (end of day three)

By the end of day three a few things have taken place. All the pea gravel in the pathway has been removed and replaced with landscape fabric and grey stone that will be packed down.

There used to be two small planting beds on either side of the shed, but they have been removed in favor of a wider walkway.

Below is our cleaned concrete patio ready for the application of Chickory colored stain. From the photo on the upper left you can see the branches of Wisteria poking through the lattice.

This the marking on the south end of our property for the future fence. Our property is to the right of this paint line, but we can't build the fence over the manhole cover. Since going to the left will put us on our neighbor's property, we'll be going to the right, about a foot inside our property line.
